Conference Admin Executive
MYR 2500 - 3000 Kuala Lumpur - Jalan Duta
Responsibilities:

Assist in all conference administration fuction, including all organisational and logistical aspects.

Assist, coordinate and liase closely with the conference team with regards to program administration of each conference/seminar.

Assist, coordinate and liaise with hotels with regard to hotel and venue arrangements including room layout, reservations, speakers’ requirements, room reservations and meals arrangements

Assist, coordinate and liaise with speakers for biodata and papers to be submitted on time for duplication.

Assist, coordinate and liaise with suppliers with regard to supply of folders and files, speakers’ papers, name tags and other relevant conference supplies.

Attend to all conference administration functions and logistical matters before, during and after each conference.

Assist in preparing conference documentation such as liaison with printers, etc.

To liaise with photographer as and when required for events.

Perform normal filing, typing and faxing functions for all conferences.

Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
-
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.

At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Applicants must be willing to work in Jalan Duta.

Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
