Operations Officer - Retail
Subang Jaya (Selangor) - Taman Perindustrian UEP

Responsibilities:

• Handle the operational processing functions including administrating, monitoring, liasing and communicating on works such as renovation and tenancy agreement. 
• To meet or exceed established retail sales, performance goals daily.  
• To assist Business Development Manager in strategizing, proposing and negotiating business proposition with prospects.
• Assist in set up of outlets for sales periods and special promotions.
• Planning and managing road show activities to meet sales target and revenue.
• Works closely with the Management to optimize effectiveness and efficiency of outlet space and layout.
• Ensures that outlet personnel adhere to retail operations procedures and policies; and any marketing strategies developed by the Management.
• Attend to any tasks assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies or related discipline or Diploma holder with solid retail operations experience are encouraged to apply too.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience at an assistant business development or business development capacity.
• Must possess solid work knowledge in operational system, Organizing & Planning Skills, process/procedure and reporting and budgeting
• Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Perindustrian UEP.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• Proficient in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Nationwide's shopping mall.
• Reliable, hardworking, & ablity to work pressure independently.
• Good coordination, operational & reporting skills.
