Director of Business Development
Selangor - Taman Petaling Utama, Petaling Jaya Responsibilities:

To set and formulate strategies based on business direction to achieve desired outcomes and to assure company is at competitive edge.

To conduct relevant industry competitive analysis
-
To continuously engage, communicate and coordinate with the management team in resolving pending questions and issues every month to avoid conflicts.
-
To have understandings on every project dealing with the government.
-
To manage and direct project management of consultancy projects and direct the design of new projects.
-
To participate in formulating business strategy and management strategy.
-
To monitor and assure the team is leading towards evolution of the company and meets the goals set.
Requirements:
-
Proven Project Management experience of minimum of 6-8 years in similar capacity.

Between 30-45 years old.
-
Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.

Ability to work under pressure in a demanding and multitasking environment and responsible for all business operations.

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

Ability to work autonomously and deliver results on time.
