Operations Supervisor/ BO Chargeman

Responsibilities:

• To contribute day-to-day operation and maintenance of the Centre by attending to all general maintenance and operations issues as may be directed, with specific emphasis on electrical, water, air conditioning and mechanical ventilation system as well as general building matters.
• To assist the Operations Manager to maintain the value of the asset and to control all operating costs associated with the operation of the Centre.
• To provide the required level of operational service to retailers.
• To be responsible for the maintenance of the Centre by undertaking all tasks listed in the maintenance schedule, and supervising the maintenance team and vendors to help accomplish this.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Professional Certificate in Chargeman B0.
• Relevant maintenance and technical experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experience supervising a maintenance team is required for this position.
• Speak and understand English fairly well.
• Flexible with working times and punctual.
• Attend to inquires quickly.
