Manager - Relationship Management ( Contact Centre and Self Service Channel )
(Kuala Lumpur - Head Office)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationship with other business units to ensure Contact Centre support existing and new products and campaigns launches.
  • Establish SLA with internal clients to ensure roles and responsibilities are well defined for products and services offered by Contact Centre in order to deliver excellent service experience.
  • Complaint Management to ensure service recovery and securing preventive measures from business units.
  • Call quality management to assess and maintain consistent service quality delivery by the agents via joint effort with Training section to implement actions and plans.
  • Any other new assignment and project assigned by Management.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, or Master's Degree in any field.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Application.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
