SALES MANAGERS / EXECUTIVES (Insurance - Life / General)
(KL - Jalan Sultan Ismail or Selangor - Petaling Jaya)

Responsibilities:

• SALES MANAGERS X 2 (Life - Corporate Sales/Agency Force), RM 4500-6000
• Achieving Agency Unit’s Employee Benefits production targets set for new and renewal business.
• Responsible for providing renewal support and services to agency force to achieve agency units target.
• Responsible to assist Agency Force by providing sales and marketing support and services in relation to Employee Benefits business.
• Responsible for development and training of Agency Force.
• To constantly review and upgrade existing work processes toward higher productivity.
• Responsible for premium collection.
• Preparation of sales quotations and presentation to clients.
• Recruitment of new tied and corporate agents.



• SALES EXECUTIVES X 3 (General Insurance - Agency Force), RM 3500-RM 4500
• Responsible for managing a group of insurance agents and developing the agency business channel.
• To ensure the achievement of the team’s agreed premium growth and profit targets.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Business Studies, Economics, Marketing, Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, B. Malaysia
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Managers / Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development in Life/General/Corporate/Agency Development.
• 5 Full-Time positions available.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
