KLCC Property Holdings Berhad, a public listed company at KLSE with diverse interest in investment holdings property investment and provision of management services is looking for individuals to join our team in the following position :-

Responsibilities:
- The Executive, Sales & Credit Management will assist the Manager, in the day-to-day operation of the Sales & Credit Management Department and responsible to develop & maintain the Property Sales/ Tenancy Management System for efficient administration of house purchasers/ tenants relevant database, ensure timely progress/ monthly billings and collections from house purchasers/financiers/stakeholders/ tenants, Liaising with solicitors & end-financiers on loan documentations and disbursements, and preparing pertinent reports on regular basis.
Requirements:
- The desired candidate should possess a Degree in Finance/Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline with at least 2 years working experience in Property Development Company. Good decision-making, ability to work with time constraints, a meticulous approach and strong communication and interpersonal skills are other important pre-requisites. Must have experience in IFCA system.
Candidate must possess the required attributes such as being self driven, highly motivated and team player to be able to work in the following work environment :- Energetic, dynamic, complex and diverse.
