Application Support Specialist
(Selangor - Petaling Jaya)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing system support, enhancements and participating in post implementation review on the company applications
  • Provide on-going 2nd level application technical and user support and services
  • Clarifies issues and communicates with business personnel
  • Post implementation review and issues monitoring
  • System module usage study
  • Enhance system modules/functions to the existing application
  • System testing and prepare training materials
  • Customization of in-house Contract-to-Billing and Finance System
  • Data extraction and transformation

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge and experience in database & reporting design, Crystal Reports, Microsoft Access, Microsoft SQL Server, Navision is an added advantage.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise all work commitments.
  • Good team player and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Certification in Fundamental ITIL would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Effectively bilingual.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent. Job role in IT Support/Helpdesk or equivalent.
  • 1 Full-Time position available.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
