Imaging Applications Specialist – ASEAN
(Selangor - Kelana Jaya) Responsibilities: This position provides Application Support in respect to HealthCare Products for customers, dealers and internal staff within the ASEAN Region to assist in meeting the objectives of Agfa HealthCare Group. He/She is to provide support, training & education on products & solutions to customers, dealers & internal staffs as part of the Imaging projects implemented in ASEAN.
- Provide Presales Applications Support through demonstrations and participation in respect to HealthCare products (identified product group/range) both with customers & business groups within the region to ensure that HealthCare sales are successful
- Provide and document Installation Applications Support through facilitated & tailored training of customers in the use & maintenance of new equipment to ensure the customers the know how to achieve ‘best practice’ from the Agfa HealthCare products
- Provide post-sales Applications Support including site response or telephone support to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner
- When delivering training, ensure the attendees are competent & confident in the use of the product
- Attend training courses and workshops to ensure & maintain a high level of product knowledge on Imaging solutions
- Document time reports daily & submit to Helpdesk on a weekly basis as per the documented procedure (Time Reporting)
Requirements:
- Medical Radiation Technology Degree or Diploma in Radiography
- Broad Radiology Modality experience & experience on Agfa HealthCare is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills & customer service focus
- Excellent communication skills (verbally & written)
- Positive attitude, proactive, self starter, action & results oriented
- Continuous learning orientation; keeps a abreast of new & emerging technologies & markets
- Ability to travel for extended periods regionally and abroad
