Application Specialist Support (MS Dynamics Navision)
(Selangor - Petaling Jaya) Responsibilities:
- Provide on-going 2nd level support escalated from the local support in the region.
- Collaborate with internal IS/IT teams on the integration of operational and external systems with Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
- Work closely with Microsoft Dynamics NAV vendor for regional implementation, rollout and support.
- Contribute to the design and end user documentation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV add-ons and customizations from a business and functional perspectives.
- Conduct functional testing and UAT of Microsoft Dynamics NAV customizations and add-ons.
- Develop, test and implement business reports using NAV Reporting, Jet Reports and SQL Reporting Services.
- Traveling is required.

Requirements:
A Diploma / Degree holder in IT and you must have good Navision base skills, ideally with all versions of NAV coupled with good communication skills and the ability to work either on your own or as part of a team. Any development experience is beneficial.
