Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): TCP/IP, LAN, WAN.
• Preferred skill(s): DNS, DHCP, NTP.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants should be Malaysian, Singaporean, Filipino, Indian, Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian, Bangladesh citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
• 4 Full-Time positions available.



• Solid written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English
• KNowledge in TCP/IP, LAN, WAN
• Network Applicances (DNS, DHCP, NTP) knowledge will be added advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills (telephony / communication / customer care skill)
• 1-3 years in Technical /Customer support role
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Willing to work in shift 24/7
