Asst Engineer (Calibration, ESD & QE)
(Melaka - Krubong)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate or perform calibration activities as according to specifications (Electrical / Mechanical / Temp) to ensure measuring equipments are calibrated on time and fit to use
  
• Verify calibration report as according to specifications. To ensure measuring equipments are calibrated within required specification
  
• Feedback and discuss for disposition if detect any failure of calibration result to ensure deteriorate equipment is not in use
  
• Update and maintain of gauges database to monitor measuring equipments are within the calibration date and to trigger for calibration
  
• Assist in generating and updating of calibration and ESD specifications to ensure process consistency
  
• Perform ESD audit and verification at ESD protection areas to monitor ESD performance within specification
  
• Maintenance of quality records retention, calibration and ESD to ensure quality records are kept for retention and future verification
  
• Assist in internal and external process audit to ensure audit process is running smoothly
  
• Assist Quality Engineer in quality engineering activities to meet departmental quality goals

Experience :

• Minimum 2 years and knowledgeable in calibration field

• Diploma in Electronic / Mechanical /Applied Science

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Self-motivated, high initiative and achievement orientated.
  
• Ability to work under minimum supervision.
