Receptionist
(Kuala Lumpur - Bukit Jalil)
Responsibility:
- The main duty is to answer a multi-line phone calls professionally, politely and direct the calls correctly. This position will need to assist in clerical needs whenever required. Efficiency is a must.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and direct them correctly to the receiver
- Take and deliver messages
- Welcome customers and visitors appropriately
- Handle all out-going and in-coming documents and parcels
- Maintain and monitor the cleanliness of the front office and lobby
- To assist clerically whenever necessary and required
- Prompt and punctual
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level or Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U in any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Jalil.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions available.
