Administration - 6 months contract
(Selangor - Shah Alam)
Responsibilities:
- To support the needs of the organization in terms of vendor management, inventory of office supplies
- Assist with staff's requests for building access, carpark, claims
- Creating and processing of Purchase Orders
- Assists with visitors to the office
- Adhoc tasks as required by head of departments
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Able to start immediately
