Responsibilities:

• Supports and reflects company commitment to quality accreditation, environmental consciousness and a safe work environment
• Performs other position related duties as specified by management
• Reinforce A.P. Moller group culture, values and reputation and ensure compliance with A.P. Moller group policies
• Assists Commercial Planning Manager with Pipeline & Sales Channel management, and sales forecasting
• Monitor and follow up on sales targets
• Acts as local Sales Businee Process Agent – including training and monitoring for high accuracy in core sales systems and Process excellence process review initiatives
• Manages Market Intelligence activities - including market forecasting & monitoring, market size assessment,market share analysis, rate trend forecasting, strategic competitor benchmarking, monitoring and alignment of Route/Sales channel market view and communication of Route (Network & Product) key priorities to Country Sales organization
• Manages Customer Intelligence activities - including Customer Metrics & KPI's and ongoing Customer Segmentation/Channel Segregation management
• Assist in Customer Communication & Campaign activities – including general customer communication (advisories, etc.), campaign management and coordination of customer functions & tradeshows
• Assist manages Sales Support activities – including supporting of the sales competency program, associated competency development & training plans & presentation materials
• Assist manages and administrates local advertising & branding activities

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• This position reports to the Commercial Planning Manager in Malaysia.
