Executive, Customer Service/Finance (Counter)
(Penang - Penang)

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to incoming enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ensure smooth and prompt release of documents to customers
  • Manifesting of cargo import and export manifest within stipulated timeline
  • Ensure all charges are collected before release of Transport Document (TD) and/or cargoes

Requirements:

  • Possess a Diploma or Degree
  • Resourceful, assertive, highly independent and result-oriented
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good with systems
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
