Administrative Assistant
(Selangor - Klang)
Responsibilities:
- Order processing.
- Arrange daily delivery.
- Check stock and maintain a proper stock record.
- Follow up on shipments.
- Maintain a proper filing system.
- Handle telephone calls.
Requirements:
- Willing to work under pressure.
- A fast learner.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Be a good team player.
- Able to work under minimum supervision.
- Computer literate.
- School leavers are encouraged to apply.
- Training will be provided for those without experience.
- Chinese is prefered as the candidate need to communicate with China suppliers.
- Knowledge on UBS system and logistics are an added advantage.
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher
- Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U or Professional Certificate in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Klang.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
