Finance Assistant
(Bayan Lepas, Penang)
Responsibilities:
Responsible to manage a diverse range of administration and general office support services functions includes monitoring of office supplies, stationery, sundry inventory, telephony support for incoming calls, travel arrangement, and other related secretarial functions.
Your responsibility will also cover and support Finance, such as to coordinate on expenses claim and invoices, etc.
Perform PO management, invoicing and collection.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Advance Diploma in related field or equivalent, preferably in Admin / Accounting or Finance.
Preferably for those candidate experience in Admin/ Account or Finance.
Knowledge in UBS Accounting software would be an added advantage.
Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
Computer literate, e.g. Microsoft, E-mail, Internet, etc.
Good command of English, both in written and spoken.
Posses a pleasant personality, right work attitude, and able to interact with all level of employee.
Able to work independently.
