Responsibilities:

• Draft, negotiate and advise on all aspects of contracts and standard terms
• Respond to complex queries regarding contract obligations
• Identify risks and issues and propose alternatives consistent with the company's policies
• Act as a primary contact between the project teams and business lines
• Perform a contract management function, maintaining a database of all executed contracts with expiry dates and operate a management system to alert business owners to key milestones

Requirements:

• Candidate must posesss at least a Bachelor's Degree or a Professional Degree in Law
• 5-7 years experience as in-house lawyer or practising with a reputable commercial law firm
• Able to advise and interact with all levels of management
• Excellent oral and written communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to apply sound business judgment and set priorities
