Executive, Process Improvement
(Kuala Lumpur - Near Masjid Jamek LRT Station)
Responsibilities:
- Identifying bottlenecks in processes
- Forming and leading small taskforce to find and implement solutions that will eliminate these bottlenecks through use of simple problem solving techniques like brainstorming and root cause analysis
- Tracking the implementation of process improvements, which muct be carried out in an orderly and structured manner, and within the timeframe allocated
- Recording down process improvements in a report that can be presented to management
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree preferably in Business Administration or Computer Science
- AT least 2 years insurance related experience in the area of process improvement or business support
