Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, physics or related courses.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing industry .
• Knowledge in BGA/PCB process would be an added advantage.
• Good analytical and engineering problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and posses good communication skills
