ASSOCIATE QA ENGINEER, PRODUCT QUALITY
(Negeri Sembilan - SEREMBAN)
The Job:
The candidate is aimed at supporting product and process quality performance. This includes ensuring all key parameters affecting CI through Product Monitoring System (PMS) are analyzed and shared, Compliance related complaints are addressed and improvement opportunities acted upon in collaboration with Production personnel. This role is also to ensure quality aspects of process and product quality for special packaging (manual processes) are formulated. A brief summary of the accountabilities expected from the candidate are as follows:
- Conduct the review of Product Monitoring System (PMS)
- Execute the process of consumer complaint system
- Coordinate and facilitate Quality Improvement Activities
- Coordinate QA Activities related to Special Packaging (Manual Processing) products
- EHS&S
Requirements:
- University degree in Engineering or Science-related
- Minimum 3 years of quality or process engineering and/or science experience
- Those with ISO 9000 knowledge, audit skills, design of experiments skills will be an added advantage
- Strong planning, organizing and analyzing skills
- Effective interpersonal understanding, interaction, and problem solving skills
- Able to work both independently with minimum supervision and in a team
- Must have initiative, drive and commitment to perform and succeed
