Quality Assurance / Incoming Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Product quality assurance expertise and support to the QC Inspectors
- Coordinate and liaise with customers on quality conformance and related issues
- Set up and monitor process performance and identify areas for yield and productivity improvements
- Perform investigation, root cause analysis, corrective action, preventive action and mistake proofing activities for in-house rejects and customer complaints
- Perform product audit, ISO 9001, TS 16949 & ISO 14001 and Internal Quality Audit
- Support the Continuous Improvement Programs, Lean Manufacturing & 6 Sigma
- Knowledge of Calibration, MSA and PPAP will be added advantage
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical, Electronics Engineering or related discipline
- At least 5 years experience preferably in EMS or Electronics environment
- Strong ability in troubleshooting and problem solving techniques
- Self-starter with strong leadership and presentation skills with quality mindset
- Keen learner with analytical mind as well as excellent communication skills
- Good computer and statistical process control knowledge
