We are the IPOH office of a multi-national product development and manufacturing company, specialising in consumer goods which are exported throughout the world.

Our IPOH office coordinates and administrates product development and order process management, reporting directly to our international clients.

We are looking for experienced, capable and enthusiastic Marketing Executives who can assist us with product development and marketing to join our merchandising team:

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and assist international customers with development of new products
• Liaise with our in-house design department for final design specifications
• Arrange and coordinate prototypes, pre-production and bulk manufacture with sub-contracting factories
• Follow through actively in coordinating with both factory, customers and our quality inspection teams to ensure on-time delivery of quality products
• Timely and accurate sales reporting to Marketing Director

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years experience in administration work
• Ability to source, evaluate & qualify suppliers to meet established corporate standards and operate in a cost effective manner
• Good negotiation skills, meticulous and assertive and able to meet deadlines
• Highly energetic team player with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
