Parfums Christian Dior, a world leader in perfumes and beauty products, and a member of the LVMH Group is now seeking to recruit highly competent individual to fill the following position:

Sales Manager
(Kuala Lumpur - Wilayah)

Responsibilities:

• To build retail sales and market share by effectively implementing marketing plans at counter level through a team of knowlegeable, motivated and customer service oriented sales team.
• To review distribution strategies including search for new opportunities and recommend solutions to challenges faced by the sales team.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business/Commerce/Sales/Marketing or related field.
• 5 years of experience in sales and people management.
• Excellent command in both written and spoken English.
• Possess leadership qualities, result-oriented, good interpersonal skills and analytical skills.
