Administrative Assistant
(Selangor - Kelana Jaya)

Responsibilities:

  • Scanning and printing documents
  • Uploading/downloading files from secure client area of our website
  • Maintenance of practice management database
  • Filing
  • Typing (including dictaphone)
  • Mail collection
  • Stationary & office supplies reordering
  • Maintaining professional relationship with staff and clients

Requirements:

  • EXCELLENT written and spoken English
  • 1-3 years previous administration / litigation clerk experience
  • Highly computer literate in Word and intermediate in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Organized and efficient
  • Team Player
  • Below the age of 25
