Analyst/Senior Analyst - Payroll
(Kuala Lumpur - Plaza Sentral)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform validation and checking for MPF, ESPP, Base pay and other related PE items
  • Download Bank file, payslip, MPF,Leave & ESPP after PRR approval
  • Validate all the download files before send out
  • Perform GL download for Regular payroll
  • Deliver the GL audit regular after completed checking
  • Prepare the GL Exceptional files, GL Emp vs Payhistory, Annual Leave report and Contractual Bonus Report
  • Update SLA - Accuracy & headcount
  • Ensure ARB payment capture correctly
  • Prepare payroll calendar
  • Update shift and new year Public Holidays and Annual Leave carry over

Requirements:

  • Working experience in Payroll
  • Mature, good communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Must have an analytical mindset
  • Working knowledge in MS Excel required
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Ability to speak in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
  • 3 positions available
  • Applicants with more than 4 years experience will be considered for Senior roles
