Production Manager (Penang - Perai)

Requirements:
To ensure the smooth running of production in accordance with production schedule within specified quality, safety and goals at minimum costs.
To organize, direct and control manpower and production systems, including work-in-process inventory to maximize utilization and meeting overall operations objectives.
To initiate problem-solving and trouble-shooting processes to reduce production related problems.
To co-ordinate with relevant groups to ensure resolution of issues/problems and foster a conducive and effective working environment.
To drive Lean/Production Point Kaizen Activity specifically;
1. On-Time Delivery
2. Productivity
3. Quality
4. Housekeeping and discipline


Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Must have at least 5 years or more of experience in operations or production with strong supervisory skills.
Experience in 'lean manufacturing' preferably both theory and practical.
