(Selangor - Shah Alam) Responsibilities:
- Candidate's job responsibilities include :
- Recruitment of factory workers, non-executive and technician.
- To oversea payroll & to plan for outsourcing later.
- To coordinate the assessment of personnel.
- To perform & coordinate external C&B benchmarking, salary survey & job evaluation.
- To design / develop organization climate survey forms / process
- Prepare yearly income tax return for company’s employees.
- Ensure company’s security is safe guarded; it includes monitoring of company Security system.
- To oversee Welfare & Benefits.
- Dealing with government sectors.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Ms Office ( Word, Excel, Powerpoint ).
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Preferred language(s): Chinese.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Knowledge of QuickPay payroll software is an added advantage.
- Full-Time position available.
