Head, Multimedia/ New Media
(Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the School as well as supervise academic staff.
• Responsible to initiate and implement new courses, prepare LAN/MQA documentation as well as teach subjects in the area of his/her expertise.
• Plan course curricula and develop modules for diploma/degree level.
• Ensure continuous content development of all courses modules to keep abreast with current issues and new developments that relevant to it disciplines.
• Evaluate effectiveness of training/teaching methods and make necessary recommendations to the Senate for improvements.
• Conduct research and gather data on source content offered by local and foreign universities and education technology trends in tertiary education industry.

Requirements:

• Bachelor/ Master Degree in Multimedia or related professional qualification with a minimum CGPA 3.0 and above.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in teaching at tertiary level.
• Must have proven track record in managing required area of work.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to work as a team player.
• Possesses initiative, the ability to act independently and a passion for academic excellence.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with strong command in spoken and written English.
• Minimum 3 years experience in the relevant industry (Multimedia Designers).
