Due to our rapid expansion and growth in our organization and structure, we seek suitably qualified candidates to fill in the following positions:

HR Officer - Compensation & Benefits
(Selangor - Petaling Jaya)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for monthly payroll processing and administration.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely payment as well as compliance to statutory requirements
  • Administer the company benefits such as medical, insurance, leave and etc.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in HRM, Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of working experience in computerized payroll processing. Knowledge of BOSS.Net HR System will be an added advantage
  • Good knowledge of the Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, EPF Act and Socso Act
  • Possess a high degree of integrity and professionalism in maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Resourceful, dedicated and able to work with minimum supervision
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
