Phone Banking Executive
(Selangor - Petaling Jaya)
Responsibilities:
- Perform telemarketing activities such as cross selling all banking products and campaigns to generated leads in order to meet business goals.
- Convert any incoming inquiries via call centre to potential sales leads.
- Provide workable resolution to customers' enquiries.
- To liase with inter-departments and branches on customers' enquiries.
- To assist Team Leader or Unit Head on any ad-hoc projects.
Requirements:
- Recognized Degree or Diploma in any dicipline.
- Possess the passion for sales and marketing.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Able to cope well under pressure and a target driven person.
- Must be goal oriented and a strong team player.
- Able to communicate in English and Malay. Ability to speak in a 3rd language will be an added advantage.
- Computer literate.
