Person Requirements:-

Your role is to facilitate the business process and customer services process improvement initiatives. You inculcate the service culture mindset to branches and Head Office and manage the customer quality services and feedback. In addition, you are also responsible in conducting trainings and workshops for the improvement of business process and customer service.
