The aim of this programme is to develop life planning "specialist" and ultimately build a group of highly professional yet productive agency force that are able to offer consumers with suitable financial solutions that meet their needs.

Regional ILP Specialist, Central Region (Based in Kuala Lumpur)

Person Requirements:

You are a good facilitator and enjoy working as part of a professional training team to train and groom this special group of field force (agents) into qualified and productive Life Planning Advisor. You develop and implement Investment-Linked Products (ILPs) sales management initiatives. You are also require to implement education/ training initiatives to continuously enhance the awareness and knowledge of ILPs among the agency force (agents). You conduct training programs on ILPs products and other related programmes.

For this role, you must have at least two (2) years experience in training/ sales and marketing. You have a pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills. You are passionate about meeting people of all levels at the platform of knowledge sharing. You enjoy the challenge of getting your audience listening to you and derive job satisfaction when you conduct effective training programmes and receive positive evaluation.

You must be willing to travel to branches within the region to conduct training programmes for our field force and work extended hours.

Academic Qualifications and Experience:

  • Possess a basic degree from a recognized university specializing in Business Administration, Insurance, Education or related disciplines
  • Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in life insurance and/or retail financial services preferably in Investment-Linked related business in the areas of Training, Sales or Marketing
  • Enthusiastic and self motivated
  • Good command of spoken and written English Language, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
  • Able to travel and work extended hours
