Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the preparation and timely completion of the holding company’s and Group’s financial statements
• Responsible for the preparation of the monthly financial report and yearly budgeting for the Group
• Responsible for the preparation of the quarterly reporting to Bursa Malaysia
• Ensure compliance with Group’s policies and accounting standards, statutory requirements and financial reporting standards, including Bursa Malaysia listing requirements, Securities Commission regulations
• Ensure timely completion of statutory audits and reporting
• Ensure compliance and timely filing of company’s tax
• To be responsible for cash flow of the company
• Any other tasks as and when required by Management

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree in Accounting or Professional Accounting Qualification
• MICPA, ACCA or CIMA and a member of MIA
• At least 5 years of audit working experience with reputable audit firms
• Sound knowledge of financial standards and related tax issues and consolidation process
• Familiar with Bursa Malaysia’s regulatory and reporting requirements
• Excellent interpersonal and organization skills and able to communicate with levels within the Group
• A dynamic leader and team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills, detail oriented, results driven, highly motivated and committed
