Learning-Insights is a management consultancy that partners with organisations facing significant and imminent challenges and require immediate performance turnarounds, as well as businesses that are already at the top of their game, but desire to get to the next plateau of corporate performance.

Based in Singapore and Malaysia, the Learning Insights Consortium consists of global cross-industry domain experts and practitioners who leverage on their ocean of experience to work with organizations realise their strategic initiatives.

We are looking for dynamic and experienced freelance trainers/consultants who have:

(1) Knowledge:
Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer/training/organisation needs assessment, meeting Learning Insights corporate quality standards for services, and evaluation of participants/client's satisfaction.

Learning & Development — Knowledge of principles and methods for programme and training design, for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects, level 1 through level 5 would be an advantage.

Certification in or Knowledge of learning styles assessment, career/personality profiling eg VAK, HA,DISc,SHL etc

Psychology — Knowledge of human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; learning and motivation; psychological research methods; and the assessment and treatment of behavioral would be an added advantage.

(2) Skills:
Facilitation Skills - Ability to engage any kind of audience so as to create a condusive environement for learning and sharing.

Learning Strategies — Selecting and using training/instructional methods and procedures appropriate for the situation when learning or teaching new things.

Service Orientation — Actively looking for ways to build relationship with participants/clientele by tuning into their needs and requirements

(3) Attitude
Laughter The Best Med - Ability laugh at himself/herself
Have serious FUN - Genuinely have fun in workshops/sessions by creating learning environments that are charged with the vibes of the participant's response.

Experienced Freelance Trainers/Consultants
(Malaysia/Singapore/Indonesia)

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Advanced/Higher/Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree or Doctorate (PhD) in any field.



• Applicant to have at least 2-3 years of experience is required, and assignments might be executed regionally in Asia, depending on assignment.



• Applicants must be willing to work in Malaysia, and optionally in Singapore and Indonesia.



• Applicants should be Malaysian, Singaporean, Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.



• Preferably Managers specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
• Freelance/Contract position available.
