Service Delivery Manager
(Selangor - Cyberjaya)

Responsibilities:

• Manage all off-site support IT services and operations
• Manage all off-site IT projects and service deliveries and ensure timely implementation
• Plan and schedule meeting with customers and deliveries of all periodic services
• Manage service delivery team to ensure all hardware are running at optimum level and all services are up and ensure no service interruption
• Manage service recovery
• Manage SLA : Ensure service level meet SLA and customer's expectation
• Coordinating with Sales team and customers to ensure required documents are furbished prior to processing the request
• Develop procedure to ensure standard service deliveries
• Provide pre-sales support to Sales team and develop training and support materials for customers and support personnel
• Follow up with customers
• Design and plan new hardware, Operating Systems and system utility as and when required

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Required skills : Windows / Linux / Network / MS Office
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin language will be an added advantage.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably Managers specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
