Responsibilities:

• Preparing monthly Income Statement, Gap-to-Close (i.e rolling forecasting) and management reports.
• Compilation of monthly management reports for managers (financial reporting).
• Preparing ad-hoc reports when required (quaterly)
• Liase with various managers to obtaion forecasting data to input into the Go-to-Close.
• Verifying and coding non-PO invoices and staff claims and obtaining the required approval from the managers.
• Generating aging and preparing monthly payment proposal to local supplier.
• Preparing various expenses schedules and reviewing expenses as requested by Business Controller.
• Assisting in tagging, tracking of fixed assets and annual physical count.
• Assisting in preparing of yearly budgets for review by management.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Profiency with Microsoft Excel is required for this positions
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Subang Jaya.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Teamplayer with good analytical, planning and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing needs and requirements.
