Responsibilities:

• Provide service deliverables as defined by agreed client SLA’s and objectives.
• Provide 3rd level support across multiple distributed environments.
• Assist in identifying tool enhancements.
• Identify and rectify technical ‘barriers’ to successful remote management.
• Provide problem escalation to other groups/leaders where required
• Complete daily operations checklists
• Maintain CAMS problem/Change tickets as per EDS Standards
• Understand and perform all required disaster escalation/evacuation procedures as required.

• Minimum of two years Microsoft active directory / Microsoft Exchange / Microsoft Windows 2000 and/or 2003 administration
• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum of two years working experience in Wintel Platform
• Certification in MCSE / MCP / MCSA or any other Microsoft Certification is an added advantage.
• Able to work 12 hour shifts on a rotational basis (24 x 7).
• Proven knowledge and competency of LAN/WAN protocols and services; TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and WINS although not necessarily physical or Network layers.
