Responsibilities:

• Responsible for company's finance, accounting, tax and costing.
• Prepare and handle project financing application, financial forecast, budget, cashflow, projection and finance report.
• Monitor the audit and taxation for the company. Liaise with auditor, tax agent, bankers, company secretary and authority to monitor compliance with corporate governance and statutory requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Recruit, manage, lead and develop the HR team to carry out its functions ensuring quality, efficiency, compliance and business objectives are met.
• Formulate, implement, monitor and review policies, strategies and procedures relating to all phases of HR activities are inline with the industry's best practices.
• Maintain employee discipline and harmony, handle employee relation issues, grievances and counseling on work relates problems, as well as act as a communication channel in promoting industrial harmony.
• Able to work independently with initiative.
• Proactive and results-oriented.

Requirements:

• Chinese and Male only/Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or recognized professional accounting qualification with at least 5 years related working experience in a managerial position. Working experience in FMCG company will be add advantage.
• Mature, pro-active, independent and able to meet tight reporting deadliness.
• Hand-on, result-oriented, resourceful with a high level of integrity.
• Good interpersonal skills, proficient in English, Mandarin and strong problem solving skill.
• Familiar with Letter of Credit procedure and Foreign Currency Exchange transaction.
