Business Development Executive
(Selangor - Petaling Jaya)

Responsibilities:

To provide support to distributors on matters pertaining to insurance claims and enquiries
To source and develop new benefits and services for the distributor benefit programme
To be accountable for sales projection, implement promotions, assist in new benefits launching, provide briefing and training to distributors
To ensure clear and timely communication or liaison with distributors, customers and vendors

Requirements:

Degree in any discipline with minimum 3 years working experience in sourcing, new development of products and portfolio management
Knowledge in insurance products will be an added advantage
Good communication and negotiation skills
Able to communicate effectively at all levels
Ability to speak Mandarin would be an added advantage
