Service Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of catalogues and manuals for office and customer references inclusive of delivery arrangement.
• Generate quotations, invoices, delivery notes, purchase orders, service report forms and update of maintenance contracts and records.
• Update Service Department staffs records, warranty records, records of service jobs on site, customer survey records and spares parts records with monthly report summary and maintains up-to-date filing records.
• Ensure minimum consumable stocks available, minimum stock quantity is available in store and on time stock delivery and receipt.
• Carry out customer survey during and after service jobs.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• No prior experience can be considered.
• Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• PC literate with proficiency in Microsoft Words and Excel.
• Self-motivated, result oriented, resourceful, disciplined, dynamic team player and independent.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
• Possess own transport with Class D driving license.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Full time position available.
