Customer Service Officer (Based in Sandakan)
(Sabah - Sandakan)

The Job:

Astro is a Malaysian based multimedia group with established DTH satellite pay TV, radio broadcasting, production and distribution of film and television programming, talent management and magazine publishing operations. We are looking for talented, hard-working and dedicated individuals to join us.

Responsibilities:

Provide prompt professional service to walk-in customer.
To formulate response and resolutions in a timely manner and provide excellent customer service
To support the service centre team on related tasks and challenges
To assist in queue flow and provide information to customer

The Person:
Requirements:

SPM with credits in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Maths
Degree/ Diploma holders in Business/ Commerce/ Communications are also encouraged to apply
Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia, other languages would be added advantage
Minimum 2 years related work experience in customer service industry
Good PC skills in Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel
