Technochase Sdn Bhd, Class A registration with PKK and certified with ISO 9001:2000 was formed to fulfill the growing needs for caliber bumiputera contractors, to serve the country's rapid economic growth.

We are urgently seeking suitably qualified individual to fill the following positions for our major building and civil projects

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for pre and post contract process and tender administration.
• To Prepare claims from clients and final account.
• To be in charged of project claim and V.O, attending meetings and responsible for correspondences.
• To assist in preparing cost estimation / quantity take-off / cost evaluation of project; including pre-qualification, bidding, negotiation and closing contract.
• To perform monthly cost reporting and tracking of on-going project.
• To manage budget or estimate the cost of a project in the stage of design and construction (cost control).
• To assist in the preparation of feasibility reports, when required.
• To Prepare payment certificate for subcontractors and progress payment claim.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Familiar with site cost contract administration, taking-off quantities, site measurement/valuation, tender preparation, preparation of bill of quantities, project claim/variation order and final account.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
