Area Sales Manager (Immediate Vacancy)
(Johore Bahru)

Requirements:

• Male / female – age 33 and above.
• A tertiary education in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in healthcare, biotechnology or related industries with good track record in sales, marketing and / or business development.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Able to motivate and lead a sales team towards achieving the company’s goals.
• Able to analyse team performance & implement strategies to increase performance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to deal with all levels of people, often in complex and difficult situations.
• Energetic, self-confident, persuasive and mature with strong initiative to be a success in the organization.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Candidates who are service oriented and passionate in developing new business are encouraged to apply.
