Software Support (Based in Cambodia & Malaysia)
(Selangor - Petaling Jaya)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle L1/L2 software application and database support, which includes troubleshooting issues, root-cause analysis, facilitating incident management, performing resolution or mitigation plans and conducting postmortem.
  • Provide trainings, gathering customer requirements, follow-up issues/ enquiries/complaints, track bugs/enhancements, conduct presentation and demo.
  • Perform software and database administration tasks including implementation, deployment, maintenance, monitoring, backup and patch updates.
  • Constantly meeting predefined SLA terms of service availability, response time and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in database and software development whenever required.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): MS Windows Server, MS SQL Server, Windows IIS.
  • Preferred skill(s): C#, SQL Language, Computer Networking.
  • At least 1 year(s) of experience in software or database support environment. Fresh grads may also apply.
  • 2 Full-Time positions available.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Able to work proactively with minimal supervision.
  • Required language(s): English, Chinese.
