Do you have:

• A 2nd Class Upper Honours Bachelor Degree, or equivalent credentials, i.e. distinction average or minimum graduating CGPA of 3.30 (out of 4.00), Honours Degree (Aust./NZ)?
• A degree in Marketing or Quantity Surveying?
  
• A good Pre-University academic record, i.e. a minimum of 6 distinctions from SPM / O-Level?
  
• At least 2 years of related working experience and are below the age of 28?
  
• A good record of involvement in extracurricular activities and have held at least 3 leadership positions in these activities/committees?
  
• A proven track record in handling challenges and competitive responsibilities, together
  with the ability to balance various demands simultaneously?
