I-Xeon positions itself, leveraging on technology expertise and experience, to help enterprises in the ICT area by so-called ICT Shared Service Outsourcing. Technology knowledge and resource worker are our core competencies, thus we are ready to use these strengths introducing the outsourcing approach to enterprises that would like to look for right people, right solution at the right time to support its core-business.

By the year 2010, I-Xeon would like to acquire 15% of the manufacturing-ICT market share in Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, China, Vietnam, and Philippines, specifically on semi-conductor, automobile, and plastic industry. Looking at the high potential growth of 3 industries in these countries, I-Xeon will be able to assist these industrial manufacturers in improving their current systems and processes by using its in-house built latest ICT solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support on incident management, problem management, change management, and release management.
• Application preventative maintenance & monitoring services.
• Provide application process improvements and enhancements.
• Conducting root-cause analysis and bug fix isolation and resolution activities.
• Conduct system testing and implementation activities.
• Support on documentation and knowledge management.
• Provide user training.
• Local & global support.
• Manage and coordinate technical support team operation.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): SQL, Oracle 9i/10g Application Database.
• Preferred skill(s): MS.NET, ITIL Certified.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Melaka and/or Johor.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
• Must be customer and people oriented.
